TERMS & CONDITIONS
Imaginereel Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online content. Where it is necessary to cancel or reschedule any services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents, you will be informed at the first available opportunity and delegates will be rescheduled as a priority to the next available services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents. The Big Teacher does not accept any responsibility for certificates expiring as a result of a cancelled course.
PAYMENT & BOOKINGS
Half payment is required prior to secure the date of the services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents start date. Imaginereel Productions Limited reserves the right to withhold all contents created and produce by Imaginereel productions ltd until full payment has been made. For bookings and reservation the consumers are required to make an initial payment at the time of booking. All payment most be cleared and or paid in full for consumers to receive completion of services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents.
PURCHASES MADE FROM IMAGINEREEL.COM
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that once the 14 days has passed you are expressly request us to begin preparation for the services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the services, projects, bookings, events, courses and any and or online contents and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:
By filling out Cancellation Form and sending it via email to info@imaginereel.com
If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above and have not accessed the course, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
COMPANY CANCELLATIONS
The full course fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 10 working days before the course start date. Courses start the moment you are enrolled on the course platform.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your course anytime within fourteen days after payment has been received.
To cancel your course you must send a signed, written notice via recorded delivery to our UK office, please call or email to confirm address. (Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted).
In line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund for digital content, i.e. online courses, that you have purchased, unless you have already started to download it.
For classroom based courses that are booked, the cancellation request must be received at least 10 working days prior to the course starting date. Cancellation requests made within this 10 working day period will be charged the full course fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must also return any course related hard copy materials in their original packaging to us at your own cost and risk, and in a resalable condition. We strongly encourage you to send the course materials by recorded delivery so that you can track the return.
Upon receipt of cancellation notice and returned course materials at our address – and provided the course materials are, at our sole discretion, in resalable condition – we will process the refund due to you within thirty days of our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
All cancellations will be subject to a £75.00 cancellation (administration fee), which would be deducted from any refund due to you. Courses start the moment you are enrolled on the course platform.
Outside the standard Terms and Conditions cancellations may be considered on a case by case situation. In this case a cancellation fee equating to 50% of the remaining course balance will be charged. This fee will be requested as a one-off payment to settle the account.
CONSUMER CANCELLATIONS
If you are booking as an individual you have 14days in which to cancel your booking from the date it was made, although there will be an administration fee of £75. For classroom based courses that are booked, the cancellation request must be received at least 10 working days prior to the course starting date. Cancellation requests made within this 10 working day period will be charged the full course fee. This does not affect your statutory rights. Courses start the moment you are enrolled on the course platform.
NON-PAYMENT
If non-payment of an invoice occurs 14 days prior to a course, we as a company reserve the right to cancel the course. If you have agreed to our ‘Easy Pay’ scheme, your agreed monthly payments will be taken securely and automatically via Auto-Pay starting from your initial course payment date and will continue until the outstanding balance is complete. Non-payment of your agreed monthly instalment plan (Easy Pay) will result in your course being blocked.
REFUNDS
If you choose to cancel your course you have 14days from the date the booking was made, a refund will be granted although there will be an administration fee of £75 per learner for each course.
FUTURE PAY
Payments can be set up by the customer and a recurring payment can be automatically taken on an agreed monthly basis, the customer may cancel the future payment at any time. All agreed payments must be received before a certificate will be applied for.
